6 cups corn bread crumbs
3 vegan sausages (diced) I like the field roast apple sage vegan sausage
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
2 celery stalks (chopped)
1 carrot (diced)
2 cups vegetable broth
1/2 cup dry white wine (optional)
2 tablespoons vegan butter
1/2 teaspoon of sage

Heat the two tablespoons of vegan butter. Then sautéed the onion, garlic, apple, celery, carrot in the.
In a bowl add cornbread crumbs, vegetable broth, and white wine together and then add sautéed veggie mixture, sage and combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste
Add to a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Check to see if it’s warmed through. You don’t want to leave in oven to long or stuffing will dry out.
