Processed vegan food, Let’s chat!

I was asked the other day how I felt about processed vegan food.. Well I will say I am not against it. I do not think it is something you should eat every day but I understand if that’s your vibe. When you are transitioning eating “fake meat” can help some people a lot. I do use it sometimes in some of my recipes especially when I am cooking for meat eaters who are considering the transition to plant based. And to be honest sometimes some of my recipes just taste better with it. Would love to know everyone’s thoughts. And remember everyone has different opinions so let’s be nice!
